As we returned home from the Thanksgiving luncheon at St. James Manor and Villas on Tuesday, the excellent meal and the outstanding table service by the members of your staff were the subject of our happy conversation. In addition, we were very impressed with the festive appearance of both the dining room and the residents. The music provided by the young people in the vocal chorus contributed to the holiday spirit of the day. It was obvious that a tremendous amount of planning and preparation was required of an event of this type and it culminated in a Thanksgiving celebration that will be remembered by all. Thank you for the continued great service to our loved ones.”

“Your staff members have always been kind and friendly. Recently, our family had a 90th birthday reunion for mom with 50 family members, some flying in from all over the United States. My mother would not have been able to attend if it wasn’t for associate Vivian B. When Vivian heard two days before the party that mom could not get out of her wheelchair to get into the car (because she fractured her pelvis the week before) she called a transporter for us. The whole family had a wonderful time and mom said her party was ‘Fantastic!’ If it weren’t for the quick thinking and kindness of Vivian, the party would have been a sad one.”

I would just like to add that Marilyn was not feeling well a few days this week. Everyone at St. James Manor & Villas took very good care of her. I want to thank everyone on your staff for all the help and kindness you give to Marilyn.
