Assisted Living
We utilize a person-centered approach while providing assisted living at St. James Manor & Villas. Our residents are provided with a balance of independence along with the appropriate level of care and services they require within a very supportive environment. This means that our residents get to choose what they want to do, when they want to do it and to receive daily assistance as needed. We meet the everyday needs of our residents while preserving their independence. That’s assisted living at St. James.

If you or someone in your family can’t live independently any longer, yet don’t need 24-hour care and medical supervision, then assisted living is an excellent option to consider. Assisted living is for those who require assistance with bathing, dressing, medication reminders, housekeeping and other activities of daily living, including companionship, safety and security.

Because the needs of those receiving assisted living vary, we offer two additional service packages for assisted living: silver and gold. Assisted living residents whose needs increase to where they need closer supervision and specific, timely cueing for daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and reminders for medications and meals, may be assessed for services from the silver package. Those requiring hands-on assistance with the same aforementioned activities of daily living, along with escort services to meals and activities, may be assessed for services from the gold package.
