What's Been Said...
“Your staff members have always been kind and friendly. Recently, our family had a 90th birthday reunion for mom with 50 family members, some flying in from all over the United States. My mother would not have been able to attend if it wasn’t for associate Vivian B. When Vivian heard two days before the party that mom could not get out of her wheelchair to get into the car (because she fractured her pelvis the week before) she called a transporter for us. The whole family had a wonderful time and mom said her party was ‘Fantastic!’ If it weren’t for the quick thinking and kindness of Vivian, the party would have been a sad one.”

Events & Health Education
Throughout the year at St. James Manor and Villas, many different special events are offered to the residents, as well as to those residing outside the community. One week might feature a senior exercise program and the next might feature a guest speaker sharing his or her expertise regarding hip and knee replacement. Then, later in the month, there might be a holiday barbeque with live music, a choir performance in the chapel or any of the the other countless other fun, relaxing and educational events that are regularly scheduled at St. James Manor and Villas.

In addition, we believe that seniors can benefit greatly by learning more about the benefits of exercise, positive aging and other health-related matters. That's why we will use this valuable space to share important health education with you.
